Russia said Monday it would continue slowing down Twitter's operations over illegal content and threatened Facebook and YouTube with similar measures. 

State telecommunications watchdog Roskomnadzor imposed slowdowns on Twitter's services in mid-March, accusing it of failing to remove content related to child pornography, drug use and calls for minors to commit suicide.
The watchdog gave Twitter a month to remove the content or face a complete blockage in Russia. Last month it extended the deadline to mid-May.
In a statement Monday, it said it had decided against blocking the service after conducting an audit that showed Twitter had removed more than 90 percent of the "prohibited information", but would continue slowing its operations.
Twitter had "expressed its readiness and interest in building a constructive dialogue with Roskomnadzor", the watchdog added.
It "appreciates the efforts of Twitter to comply with the requirements of Russian legislation", it said.
But for all the restrictions to be removed it would have to remove "all identified prohibited materials". It would keep slowing Twitter on mobile devices, it added.
Roskomnadzor did not say if it would stop slowing Twitter's services if the company deleted the rest of the content and did not give a deadline for doing so.&nbsp;

Roskomnadzor also said that it had identified cases of illegal content "on other internet sites, including Facebook and YouTube."

-In the event that these platforms do not take appropriate measures, similar sanctions may be applied to them- the watchdog said.
The measures against Twitter and other social media have raised concerns among Kremlin critics, who fear the clampdown is aimed at silencing opposition voices.
Last month a Moscow court imposed on Twitter three fines totalling 8.9 million rubles ($120,000) for failing to delete posts calling for minors to join unsanctioned protests in support of jailed Kremlin critic Alexei Navalny.
A Moscow court that month also hit TikTok with a fine of more than $30,000 for the same violation. 
In January, the authorities accused foreign social media platforms of interfering in Russia's domestic affairs by not deleting calls to rallies in support of Navalny.
President Vladimir Putin that month complained about the growing influence of large technology companies, which he said were competing with states.&nbsp;

About 100 migrants, some using inflatable rings, swam to the Spanish enclave of Ceuta from neighbouring Morocco early on Monday, Spanish authorities said.

The migrants set off from beaches south of Ceuta and were detained when they entered the tiny Spanish territory, a spokesman for the Guardia Civil police force said.
They were mostly young men but among them were also children and some women, according to a spokesman for the Spanish government delegation in Ceuta.
Some used inflatable swimming rings while others used rubber dinghies, he said. 
-It was low tide and in some places you could practically walk across- he told AFP. 
The migrants were checked by Red Cross workers before being taken to a reception centre.
During the last weekend of April, around 100 migrants swam to Ceuta in groups of 20 to 30. Most were deported back to Morocco.
The wave of arrivals came at a point of tension between Madrid and Rabat over the presence in Spain of the leader of the Western Sahara independence movement.
Rabat reacted angrily after it emerged that the leader of the Polisario Front, Brahim Ghali, has been treated at a hospital in Spain for Covid-19 since mid-April.
The Polisario Front has long fought for the independence of Western Sahara from Morocco.
Ceuta, together with Melilla -- another Spanish enclave in north Africa -- have the European Union's only land borders with Africa, making them popular entry points for migrants seeking a better life in Europe. 
Migrants try to reach the enclaves either by swimming along the coast or climbing the tall border fences that separate them from Morocco.

Thailand reported a new daily high of nearly 10,000 coronavirus cases on Monday, more than two-thirds of them in prisons, as the kingdom battles its third wave of the pandemic.

The kingdom's Covid-19 task force reported 9,635 new cases, 6,853 of which were among prisoners.
Nearly half of 24,000 inmates tested at eight prisons, mainly in Bangkok and its suburbs, including several where prominent democracy activists have been detained, were found to have the virus.
Until last month, the kingdom had kept coronavirus infections low, through draconian restrictions on people entering the country and swift action to isolate confirmed cases.
But now it is struggling to contain a third wave that began in a Bangkok nightlife district and has seen total infections soar from around 30,000 in late March to over 111,000 on Monday.
The high infection rates in prisons came to light last week when an activist at the forefront of Thailand's democracy movement announced she had tested positive five days after being released from a Bangkok jail on bail.
The Corrections Department has said it plans to test all of the country's prisoners -- more than 310,000 detainees held in 143 jails around the country.
Justice Minister Somsak Thepsuthin said he may have to consider special probation for inmates if the prison clusters are not brought under control.

"We expect the first contingent of vaccines by Monday," said Fadil Novalić, Prime Minister of the Federation of B&amp;H ... on March 17th, 2021. Today is Monday, May 17th, 2021. Two months have passed by. As you know, Novalić did not procured the vaccines, and it is not yet known when he will.
But it’s not that he lacked in making promises. On March 17th, he announced that as many as 500,000 Russian vaccines would come FB&amp;H on Monday. When it turned out that the Russian vaccines will not arrive, on March 30th, Novalić finally admitted that he did not know how to do his job, so he cried out in front of the FB&amp;H Parliament to suggest how to get the vaccines. In mid-April, Novalić wrote letters of intent, as many as four of them about the procurement of vaccines. That didn't help much either. However, on April 29th, Novalić finally came with good news, announcing that he was procuring 500,000 vaccines again, this time from China. Of course, these vaccines did not arrive either.

These figures would be even worse if at least there were no alms from different parts of the world and donated vaccines for our country. Although the total number of vaccines that arrived in B&amp;H is shamefully small and insufficient for mass vaccination of the population, even in that respect, the Federation of B&amp;H led by Fadil Novalić is significantly worse than the Republic of Srpska. According to the FB&amp;H Ministry of Health, 148,400 doses of coronavirus vaccine have arrived in the entity so far, including 10,000 AstraZeneca vaccines donated exclusively from Serbia to Sarajevo Canton. For Sinofarm vaccines donated to Bosnia and Herzegovina by China, for the FB&amp;H, out of a total of 50,000, 30,360 doses were allocated. Other types of Chinese vaccine, Sinovac, FB&amp;H has 28,380 doses, and these are donations from Turkey for the citizens of this entity. The largest number of vaccines that FB&amp;H has is Pfizer vaccines (52,560) when we count 31,500 that recently arrived exclusively for this entity through the EU and COVAX mechanism. Earlier, 21,060 doses of AstraZeneca vaccine came from the same sources. There are currently 37,100 of them in the Federation of B&amp;H, of which 10,000 doses are donations from Serbia to the FB&amp;H, and these are the first vaccines that have arrived for this entity.
So far, a total of 250,490 doses of coronavirus vaccines have arrived in Republic of Srpska. This entity has the biggest number of Chinese Sinofarm vaccines (98,600) and part of it was procured independently, and the other part is a donation from China to B&amp;H, 74,000 doses of Sputnik procured directly, 47,970 doses of Pfizer vaccine that arrived through the EU and COVAX mechanism, and through the same mechanisms, they received 18,600 doses of AstraZeneac vaccine, with one part being donated by Serbia.

A cursory glance at these data shows that, although all levels of government have failed catastrophically in the procurement of vaccines, even the RS authorities have been far more successful in the direct procurement of vaccines than the FB&amp;H government led by Bakir's Fadil.
And while citizens give 42% of their salary to the state every month through taxes and contributions, while they give an additional 17% to VAT on everything they buy and while excise taxes are constantly raised, on the other hand for the tax money they take from them, this kind of government they lead the SDA and personnel like Novalić are not able to provide the citizens with even the most basic protection of life and health.

And while Novalić deceived the public with false promises and the announcement of vaccines that never came,during that time the real problem was the death of citizens. In Bosnia and Herzegovina, more than 9,000 people died as a result of coronavirus infection in one year. On average, B&amp;H ranks third in the world in the number of deaths from coronavirus effects. This figure could certainly have been much lower if the vaccination process had taken place in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the poor equipment of hospitals that were unwilling to deal with this honor should not be forgotten.

The Alliance for a Better Future of B&amp;H considers unacceptable the moves of the Government of the Republic of Serbia and B&amp;H entity of Republic of Srpska when it comes to laying the foundation stone for the construction of the hydroelectric power plant "Buk Bijela" on the river Drina until the B&amp;H Constitutional Court does not make a final decision on whether the project of disposing of water resources that are good for the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina, not the entities, is legal at all.
- Therefore, we appeal to the Government of Serbia to give up any kind of international cooperation with B&amp;H entity in terms of construction of a hydropower plant on the state property of Bosnia and Herzegovina. At the same time, we call on the Prime Minister of the Government of Serbia, Ana Brnabić, to lead all activities and cooperation with the Council of Ministers of B&amp;H in the future when it comes to the construction of the hydroelectric power plant "Buk Bijela". Only in that case, the state of Serbia will not participate in the violation of Bosnia and Herzegovina's sovereignty, territorial integrity and independence - said the political director of SBB, Anis Krivić.

At the same time, as Krivić says, they believe that in this case, too, the dysfunctionality and incompetence of the Council of Ministers of B&amp;H is evident, because it is not able to protect the real property of B&amp;H.
- We also call on the authorities in smaller Bosnia and Herzegovina entity to finally stop pretending that they are a state and to implement all projects under the jurisdiction of B&amp;H, including the disposal of state property, through the Council of Ministers of B&amp;H, and not the entity governments. Only in this way is it possible to deal with the construction of energy facilities on the property of the state of B&amp;H - said Krivić and added:
- Although we are not happy that the Government of Serbia did not hold a meeting with the Council of Ministers today, we at SBB are not at all surprised by their cooperation with the Government of Bosnia and Herzegovina entity of Republic of Srpska, but we are saddened by the indolent relationship between the Council of Ministers of B&amp;H and all other B&amp;H institutions and ruling officials towards endangering the sovereignty of B&amp;H.

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on Monday urged Pope Francis to help rally the world to adopt sanctions against Israel for its "massacre" of Palestinians in the Gaza Strip.

The phone call between Erdogan and the pontiff came as Turkey presses ahead with a furious diplomatic push to help end bloodshed that has claimed the lives of 197 Palestinians and 10 people in Israel since May 10.

Erdogan, who has vocally championed the Palestinian cause during his 18-year rule, has spoken out repeatedly against Israel's actions, accusing it of waging "terrorism" last week.
He told the pope on Monday that "all of humanity should be united against" Israel.

More than half of the anesthesiologists who resigned on May 5th at the Clinical Center of the University of Sarajevo (KCUS) were questioned a few days ago in the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the "Avaz" portal has learned.

They also gave earlier testimonies to the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor's Office, which opened a case on the events in this institution after a letter was published in public, in which anesthesiologists warn of catastrophic working conditions and the use of inadequate "raspberry ventilators" on COVID patients.
According to the information that "Avaz" has, at least seven anesthesiologists gave statements to the state prosecutor a few days ago, at the invitation of this judicial institution. The remaining six anesthesiologists should give their statements in the coming days. The Prosecutor's Office of B&amp;H is also investigating the use of "raspberry ventilators" because it was previously determined that they are not for the treatment of coronavirus patients and that they are transport, not stationary devices, which the KCUS Administration knew, but still used them on COVID patients.

We remind you that thirteen anesthesiologists left KCUS because of the management of this institution, headed by the general director Sebija Izetbegović, who instead of acting on their request to solve the problems in their work, put them under professional supervision. Specifically, all the blame for the events in the COVID department was shifted to the doctors, even though they were working on the instructions of their superiors and bosses.
This has already been confirmed in the statements of anesthesiologists given to both cantonal and state prosecutors. Now it is the turn of the leaders of KCUS, from Izetbegović to Nermin Granov to give statements, but also the heads of disciplines. Some have already testified.

The Crisis Staff of the FB&amp;H Ministry of Health, after the recorded positive epidemiological situation, today made a decision to lift the restriction on movement of people.

The Assistant Minister for Public Health of FB&amp;H Goran Čerkez said at the press conference that it was decided to increase the allowed number of people at public gatherings to 30 in indoor and 50 outdoor circumstances.
-We expect the same number of people to gather in catering facilities. With today's order, we have enabled live music in catering facilities with an epidemiological obligation - a plexiglass fence that must be over two meters high, which will completely separate the performers from the audience. We hope that everyone will respect that and that after 15 days we will be able to further mitigate the measures- said Čerkez.
He stressed that the epidemiological situation has never been better since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic.
-This is today perhaps the best epidemiological situation in FB&amp;H where we have an incidence of 28 cases. We must also state that all cantons are below the incidence of 50 cases. We have three cantons that are also in the calming phase, which are at an incidence of about 50 cases. This is very good news especially having considering that this week, even compared to the past, there is 43 percent less infected. Also, the seven-day incidence dropped by more than 42 percent- said Čerkez.
There are currently 359 patients in the hospitals in the F&amp;iH, of whom only 17 are on ventilators.
-Not a single person in the Sarajevo Canton is on a ventilator today, and that is very good news. We look forward to such news but we must not relax. We expect the citizens to adhere to the prescribed measures, to spend the summer in a normal way, i.e. distancing and respect for measures in indoor spaces with regular hand washing and hygiene- said Čerkez.
He added that the immunization is going according to plan, in accordance with the number of vaccines at disposal.

Čerkez: We are lifting movement restrictions in the Federation of B&H

The Prosecutor's Office of B&amp;H is concluding the investigation in the "Diploma" affair, which refers to Osman Mehmedagić, the director of the Intelligence and Security Agency (ISA) of B&amp;H.
For the head of ISA, whose mandate expired in November 2019., was officially determined to have met the conditions for retirement four months ago and that, according to the force of law, he had to retire.

However, this is now the second part of the job for the Prosecution, which is already familiar with this information and the fact that in this way Mehmedagić, who has already been tried for abuse of office, acquired illegal property gain of more than 20,000 KM.
However, when it comes to the diploma investigation, apart from Mehmedagić, who has been under the scrutiny of prosecutors for almost two years, because it is suspected that his diploma is not valid, the investigation also includes several persons who directly or indirectly helped the ISA director to obtain a university degree diploma.
It is a matter of time who will be questioned in the Prosecutor's Office, and who will be arrested by the members of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA). Dozens of witnesses have already been questioned, who have confirmed what they did and how they did it and according to whose instructions.
The Prosecution's evidence is irrefutable for the time being and speaks in favor of the fact that Mehmedagić did not legally obtain the diploma which he handed over to the Commission for Supervision of the Work of the ISA, and then declared it a secret.
In fact, the diploma of the American University in Sarajevo, whose founder and director is Denis Prcić, and which was allegedly obtained by Mehmedagić, appeared among the documents of this institution overnight, after the investigation of the Prosecutor's Office.

Everything was done in an illegal way because the name of Mehmedagić was subsequently entered in the list of students and in the Record of Register Books.
A special proof of this is that the pages were torn out, and then new ones were inserted, with a forged handwriting, which was found and confiscated by the Prosecution. Prcić knew about all these illegal actions, and the statements of the witnesses, who acted on his orders, confirm that.

The prosecution is still investigating how Mehmedagić paid for the house he bought in the Hrasno neighborhood from Šaćir Čedić, the owner of the Vatra cafe chain in Sarajevo.

More than 1.45 billion coronavirus vaccine shots have so far been given worldwide, figures by the Our World in Data showed on Sunday.

China is the most vaccinated country with nearly 393 million jabs, according to the website data. It is followed by the US with more than 270.83 million shots. India has given 181.54 million jabs, the UK with 56.02 million, and Brazil with over 52.64 million. Germany has administered 39.41 million shots, France with 28.47 million, and Italy with 27.01 million.
The list continues with Turkey that has given more than 25.78 million jabs. It is followed by Russia, Indonesia, and Mexico.
The country with the most doses of vaccine given in terms of population is the East African island nation of Seychelles, with 133 doses per 100 people.

More than 14.95 million Turks have received their first doses, while over 10.83 million have been fully vaccinated.
Most COVID-19 vaccines are administered in two jabs, so the number of jabs given does not mean the vaccination of same number of individuals has been completed.
Since December 2019, the pandemic has claimed over 3.37 million lives in 192 countries and regions, with more than 162.59 million cases reported worldwide, according to figures compiled by the US’ Johns Hopkins University.

Pope warns of 'spiral of death' in Middle East clashes

The very fact that the Istraga.ba portal, which is known as an ISA medium, "deserved" to deal with Vojin Mijatović's initiative for joint action of the pro-Bosnian bloc of parties in RS, and that the same text was transmitted by the Slobodna Bosna and Oslobođenje portals, is to be assumed under the ISA directive, speaks about the importance and seriousness of this SDP idea. The text is titled "Mijatović's initiative to save Dodik and Čović". How frightened the regime guards of these initiatives are, is shown by the author (s) from ISA's analytics department in the title itself, suggesting to readers a repulsive attitude that simply relies on the stabbing demagoguery that SDA ideologues have been feeding their reported masses for decades. Because of that spin, no one serious will deal with the content of the text because they understand the extent to which it is propagandistically intended for the deluded masses, writes The Bosnia Times.

<h2>Neither the late Josip Broz can improve Komsić's image</h2>

And how much yesterday Bakir Izetbegović, for example, resented the opposition, and especially the leader of the SDP Nermin Nikšić, for only dealing with and fighting against the SDA, while in general as the opposition they do not operate on the territory of RS and Herzegovina, that is against Milorad Dodik and Dragan Čović, tells us a lot. Now that the SDP has expressed its readiness for a joint appearance on the territory of RS, they are considered as "saviours of Dodik and Čović." From who Mijatović saves them? From SDA and Izetbegović, maybe ?! Or maybe from DF and Željko Komšić ?! "Come on, please!"
In fact, regime analysts are not dealing with the idea of a joint appearance of the pro-Bosnian bloc in RS, but with the possible candidacy of Nikšić for a member of the Presidency of B&amp;H, which Mijatović by the way, hinted at as his wish. From that, regime analysts draw the conclusion that Nikšić would defeat Komšić in favor of Čović, just as Mijatović's candidacy would ease Dodik's path in the race for the B&amp;H presidency. This is a false pastoral care for Komšić, who calibrated so much politically that even the late Josip Broz could not improve his image if he rose from the grave. What literally buried Komšić as a charismatic opposition leader, raised Nikšić so much that he became the most dangerous man for the SDA, and even for Izetbegović himself.
So, Komšić did not survive the embrace with Izetbegović, while Niksić's "no" to Izetbegović led him to the front at the table of all pro-Bosnian parties. So, as such, he is a real danger only to Izetbegović and not to the "half-dead" Komšić. And by no means do regime analysts fear Komšić, but only Izetbegović as the enthroned national leader of the Bosniaks. Since Izetbegović's throne of the national leader is so shaky, he is also afraid of a much weaker candidate than Nikšić, such as, for example, Elmedin Konaković. Therefore, the stupid blinded regime analysts in the mentioned pamphlet do not notice that a greater danger lurks for Izetbegović by the tandem of Komšić and Denis Zvizdić, than from Nikšić and Konaković. Because this first tandem will do everything to prevent Izetbegović from running for a member of the Presidency of B&amp;H. But we have to wait, until that topic is updated.

<h2>The difference in relation to Oručević in Mostar</h2>

Therefore, we need to go back to Mijatović's initiative on the pro-Bosnian bloc, how realistic it is and how much hope and optimism we should have in it.
First, this is a very desirable idea and comes after the opposition parties from Sarajevo and Banja Luka already had contacts with the same goal of a joint appearance in RS. For now, this acts as a new offensive against the Dodik's regime, which should be supported by important actors of the International Community in Sarajevo.
If we compare Mijatović's initiative to unite the pro-Bosnian bloc in RS with Safet Oručević's initiative which aimed to have the same effects in Mostar, it is formally the same, but essentially completely different concept. Oručević led the regime team headed by Izetbegović, while Mijatović leads the opposition headed by Nikšić. So far, no one has cared who formed a coalition with Izetbegović's SDA. Nikšić was the first to understand that, and that is the secret of his survival as the leader of the SDP, and then of his success as the most serious competitor to Izetbegović himself.
After the failure of the pro-Bosnian bloc in the Mostar elections, Izetbegović tried to literally bring Nikšić into his machine with a new trap, abusing the authority of the village leader Reis Husein Kavazović, who invited Bosniak party leaders to a meeting. As is well known, Nikšić responded, but did not get caught; he refused to sign a joint statement on joint action by Bosniak parties in RS. The mere fact that Reis Kavazović did not invite Predrag Kojović as the leader of Our Party at all, as he had never wanted to receive him before, even though he had asked him to, was a sufficient reason for Nikšić, although he never said so publicly, not to agree to such coalitions. So, the essential difference between Mijatović's initiative for a unified appearance of pro-Bosnian parties in RS and the initiative of Reis Kavazović is that the first called Izetbegović, and the second one did not call Kojović.

<h2>Lagumdžija was his greatest "teacher"</h2>

No matter how this Mijatović story develops, it has raised Nikšić's rating so much that he can seriously consider his candidacy for a member of the Presidency of B&amp;H tomorrow. And,only a few believed that he would survive the blows that the regime prepared for him as revenge for refusing to accept Izetbegović's outstretched hand, which was even numb to this, and remain as the head of the SDP. But that is why it is very important to emphasize his human character, which really makes him different in relation to all Sarajevo political leaders. Nikšić is too ordinary in relation to all of them. Perhaps Zlatko Lagumdžija was his greatest "teacher" because he realized that he should not be like him; overbearing, too smart, arrogant, and rude, writes The Bosnia Times.

The vice-president of the Alliance for a Better Future of B&amp;H, Admir Čavka, said that the information that only 28 students enrolled in the first grade of primary school in Srebrenica passed completely unnoticed.
- This news is a real defeat for all of us who are fighting to survive in the area of smaller B&amp;H entity, ie all of us who live at home and whose children go to school in the area of smaller B&amp;H entity - said Čavka.
He added that this year will be a record low number of children enrolled in the first grades of primary school in RS. Čavka points out that dozens of schools in smaller Bosnia and Herzegovina entity will be closed this year.

- The number of students enrolled in the first grade of primary school will probably be below nine thousand. This is a statistical error. This is the best indicator of the current situation in the entire area of smaller Bosnia and Herzegovina entity. Because of this, we are presented with various non-peppers every day, which serve exclusively to divert attention from essential topics - said Čavka.
Čavka adds that the returnee population is living harder and harder. According to Čavka, systemic discrimination, wrong policy from Sarajevo, lack of support for sustainable return are main reasons for this. All this led to the fact that a huge number of returnees left their homes again after their return and found happiness far from B&amp;H.
- The average age of Bosniaks in RS is over 60 years. We must ask ourselves what kind of future awaits us in the coming years. All this is well known to all of us who live at home, in the area of smaller Bosnia and Herzegovina entity. Every trip to a third country of our fellow citizens is well felt, as well as their deaths - said Čavka.

Čavka is convinced that there are forces among returnees that can change the current catastrophic situation, but the approach to solving this problem must change. SBB, led by party president Fahrudin Radončić, each time supported a gathering of pro-Bosnian forces in the smaller B&amp;H entity without any conditions, only for the purpose of survival in the RS.
- However, the fact is that the coalitions served only for pre-election purposes, in order to grab positions after the elections. Due to such political exhibitions, we have 28 children enrolled in the first grade of primary school. We need unity built on patriotic principles that will implement everything that is agreed in advance. Therefore, it is very positive that they are working on gathering a patriotic bloc of people living in the area of smaller Bosnia and Herzegovina entity - said Čavka.
One such meeting, he added, will be held in Doboj on Monday. Čavka points out that it is more than positive that the SDP is working on the gathering.
- Returnees whose children go to school and are discriminated against on a daily basis must turn to themselves. We have too many enemies to be our own enemies. Therefore, it is more than necessary for us to unite and solve the accumulated problems together. We must not be on a bus rushing towards a certain accident. And while the bus is going to a certain doom, we are arguing over who will sit where - pointed out Čavka.

One child died and four adults were injured early on Sunday after two houses collapsed in a suspected gas explosion in northwest England, police said.

Police in the county of Lancashire said they were called to the row of terraced houses at 2:40am (0140 GMT) where they evacuated other residents and set up a safety cordon.
-We remain at scene of a suspected gas explosion on Mallowdale Ave Heysham which has caused 2 houses to collapse &amp; badly damaged another- the Lancashire force said on Twitter.
-Sadly, we can now confirm a young child has died &amp; 4 other people have been injured, 2 seriously. Our thoughts are with all those affected.-The Lancashire fire department said on Twitter that a major incident had been declared over a suspected gas explosion and firefighters were in the process of searching the collapsed properties.
Local resident Dan Knowles said the sound of the explosion could be heard from his house four streets away.
-My wife and I thought there was an earthquake which woke us, the whole house shook- he said.
-We immediately checked on our kids and got back in bed. We then heard sirens- he added, adding that his family had shut their gas off when they learnt the likely cause of the explosion.
The area's member of parliament David Morris said his "thoughts and prayers" were with local residents. "Thank you to all of the emergency services who are currently on the scene," he added.

Signaling a possible dip in the ongoing third wave of coronavirus, Pakistan on Saturday recorded 1,531 infections, the lowest daily tally since March, the Health Ministry said.

On March 8 the South Asian country saw 1,353 infections.
Another 83 people lost their lives due to the novel virus over the past 24 hours, bringing the total death toll since March 2020 to 19,467.
The overall national infection tally stands at 874,751, with 783,480 recoveries. The total number of active cases in the country is 71,804.
The recent decline in the number of cases is viewed as the result of a strict government lockdown during the Eid al-Fitr, a Muslim holiday celebrating the end of the holy month of Ramadan.
Health experts, however, fear a rise in number of cases once the restrictions are eased starting Sunday.
Later Saturday, the National Command and Operation Center, a state-run agency that oversees the country's anti-virus strategy, announced relaxations in current restrictions, including lifting a ban on inter-provincial and inter-city transport.
However, according to a statement, that transport will operate at 50% passenger occupancy, except for railways, which will operate at 70%.
All markets and shops as of Monday can also remain open till 8.00 p.m (1500GMT).
Normal working hours for offices will also resume Monday, with the condition that 50% of staff work from home.
