The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, on the proposal of the Prosecutor's Office, abolished the custody of Nedeljko Lubura, the chief inspector of the RS MUP, who was arrested last week on suspicion of having smuggled a dangerous criminal on the Interpol wanted list, Ivan Mijatović, a citizen of Montenegro, in the trunk of an official vehicle.

Detention was also lifted for the arrested Bojan Roguljić, who arranged for Mijatović to be transferred from Slovenia to Bosnia and Herzegovina, in an official vehicle of the MUP of the RS via the Stara Gradiška border crossing.
Lubura and Roguljić confessed the criminal offense for which they are suspected and are under house arrest. Their criminal activities were exposed by an investigation into the Sky app.
From the deciphered messages in the possession of "Avaz", it was established that Mijatović also used forged documents in the name of Žarko Mlinarević, and it was discovered where this member of the "Šljakarski clan" was hiding and that his transfer to BiH was organized with the aim of protecting him from arrest. 
Namely, from the conversations conducted via Sky, it was established that the suspect Roguljić organized the transfer of Mijatović from the territory of Spain to BiH because they learned that in that country in 2020 a large number of people involved in the trade in narcotic drugs were arrested.
In one of the messages sent at the beginning of December 2020, Roguljić writes to Mijatović on Sky: "The Spanish police rose up there. Go, brother, go from Spain. Before New Year's Eve, everyone will be arrested in Spain. The police is on their feet!”
A few days later, on December 8th to be exact, Roguljić, together with two other people, traveled to Spain to pick up Mijatović, from where they arrived in Slovenia in a Porsche with German license plates. They continued their journey to Bosnia and Herzegovina in an official vehicle of the MUP of the RS.

It is interesting that on December 13, 2020, Roguljić organized an inspection of Mijatović's Porsche in order to determine the possible presence of GPS and listening devices installed by the police, and then arranged a meeting with Inspector Lubura, who smuggled Mijatović out of Slovenia in an official vehicle of the MUP of the RS BiH through the Stara Gradiška border crossing.
Lubura carried out all these actions on December 16th, even though he knew that Mijatović was wanted by Interpol and that he had false documents in a different name. In addition, Lubura did not have an order for an official trip abroad, nor did Minister Dragan Lukač know anything about it. He took an unspecified amount of money for these actions.

Nedeljko Lubura also checked whether the documents issued in the name of Žarko Mlinarević were still valid, i.e. whether they were possibly canceled and whether there was a search for a person of that identity, which is evident from the communications made via Sky Ecca, according to the Prosecution documents.

- If I wanted to block it, I would use the constitutional obligation to dissolve the FBiH Parliament in January, I didn't do it because I didn't want to stop the processes in the FBiH - said Čavara.

The Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina said that among the arrested persons was an active police officer, suspected of corrupt activities and the use of police capacities to assist suspects in the commiting of criminal offences.

The Democratic Action Party (SDA) has prepared a document that contains their view of political problems and potential solutions in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Although the document has not yet been made public, but allegedly only given to officials of this party for inspection, SNSD and HDZ leaders Milorad Dodik and Dragan Čović are already reacting violently to it.

In the SDA's document, SNSD and HDZ are blamed for the crisis, and it is claimed that they are the ones who are blocking the work of state institutions, which is bordered by secessionism and demands for new ethnic divisions.
It is also pointed out that Serbia and Croatia do not respect the Dayton Agreement and that those countries in BiH are helping their satellites. SDA calls on America, Great Britain and the European Union to solve the crisis. The SDA also requests the introduction of symmetrical solutions related to the House of Peoples of the FBiH and the Council of the Peoples of the RS.
Milorad Dodik reacted to this, who concluded that Serbia needs to be much more involved in the internal affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Dodik also points out that it is difficult to find a point of compromise with the politics of the SDA, especially if you take into account the increasingly frequent war-mongering statements of that party.
The HNS also reacted promptly, and they said that they condemn and reject the claims made and they have pointed out that they believe that the SDA and Izetbegović, instead of advocating stability and looking for solutions in BiH, are increasingly, without a specific reason, straining the relations between the constituent nations in BiH. The HNS also claim that they invited their partners to a political dialogue in order to calm radicalization and move towards a Euro-Atlantic future, however, according to our information, none of the leaders of the other parties were contacted.

Because of all this, the question arises as to why the SDA is coming out to public with such a document at this very moment, to which the HDZ and SNSD then respond promptly. Of course, the SDA is not the only one that goes public with controversial documents and proposals, because of which we then witness mutual fights between national political parties. A few days ago Čović announced that the HNS was preparing solutions for the territorial reorganization of BiH if there were no electoral solutions according to their will, to which, you guessed it, the SDA and their partner Komšić reacted violently.
Previously, Izetbegović also "counted" fighters and drones, and HNS called for Jerusalem to be recognized as a capital city. Admittedly, after the sanctions and interventions of Christian Schmidt, Dodik is a bit calmer, at least compared to the usual intensity of his inciting rhetoric.
Therefore, it is necessary to ask whether the latest tensions we are witnessing and the maximalist ideas, threats and harsh words uttered by the three leading national parties are actually a fake, mutually agreed and prepared conflict, a "false flag" operation to raise tensions and inter-ethnic hatred in which some, like they attack and threaten, and others, like, defend, and so on.
Analyzing the previous election cycles and the behavior of key political actors, we can conclude that this is exactly what is happening. Only, the question is whether the citizens and peoples of Bosnia and Herzegovina will fall for these cheap tricks again this time.

Let's recall the situation before the 2018 elections. The members of the SDA and the DF told us that the SNSD and the HDZ were preparing to destroy the state, the SDA published its declarations in which it called for the abolition of the entities and the creation of a civil BiH, Dodik announced secession, and Čović a third entity.
Of course, none of the above came to fruition in practice, but in a heated atmosphere, these three parties repeated their electoral success in 2018.

The United States of America (USA) could in the next few days, possibly as early as the beginning of September, make a new decision on expanding the American blacklist for irresponsible individuals in Bosnia and Herzegovina due to corruption, as well as anti-Dayton and anti-constitutional activities that have become increasingly pronounced in recent months, "Avaz" finds out.

The State Department, as it was confirmed to us, closely monitors the development of the situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and they have significant help by the US Embassy in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the agile Ambassador Michael Murphy, who has already reacted strongly several times through the official announcements of the US Embassy, sending clear messages about what he thinks about the moves of individuals in power, above all those from SDA and HDZ.

The list also included Mirsad Kukić, Milan Tegeltija, former head of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of BiH, as well as Milorad Dodik, leader of the SNSD and member of the BiH Presidency.

The arrest of Robert Radonjić, the head of the office of the Intelligence and Security Agency (ISA) in Banja Luka, as well as Nedeljko Lubura, the chief inspector of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the RS, caused a real panic in the ranks of the police and prosecutors, as well as members of the drug mafia who used the Sky application, had police protection and at the same time arranged drug trade!

That the Prosecutor's Office of BiH, which through international partners, the American FBI and Europol, obtained information about the members of BiH drug mafia, has a serious evidence, tells the fact that individuals in leadership positions in police agencies, as well as their helpers, were also arrested.
But this is only the tip of the iceberg. The question is who is next in line and which of the members of the drug mafia also had helpers in police and judicial circles.
By the way, the truth started to come to light after the arrest of Bojan Cvijetić, advisor to Dragan Mektić, the former Minister of Security of Bosnia and Herzegovina. According to the Prosecutor's Office, Cvijetić's group smuggled cocaine from Serbia and Montenegro to Bosnia and Herzegovina, and then EU countries, earning more than 11 million KM in the last two years.
Cvijetić and the members of his drug group have had assets worth KM 10 million blocked so far.
It is believed that the arrested Radonjić was a member of Cvijetić's group, to whom he also gave confidential ISA data that was found in Cvijetić's safe after his arrest.
Together with Cvijetić, who has been under house arrest for months, Aleksandar Nikolić and Petar Dukić, as well as members of the MIA RS, were arrested. So far, two border police officers, Vladan Kovačević and Miloš Lukajić, have been arrested because of the Sky application.
Earlier, two members of the Directorate for the Coordination of Police Bodies of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Miloš Nikolić and Miloš Popovac, were arrested, who are linked to drug smuggling. According to the order of the Prosecutor's Office, the judge from Bijeljina Jovan Savić was also arrested, who was providing information to criminals.
In addition, numerous warrants have been issued, including those for murderers and mobsters such as Milivoj Lovrenović Čaruga and his son Dušan, who are suspects in the "Storage" case. And they are also connected with Cvijetić and his team.

A month ago, Elvis Keljmendi, Anel Sejfović and Ajlin Ahmić were also arrested, who also used the Sky application, and were engaged in importing heroin and cocaine, which earned them hundreds of thousands of euros. All of them arranged numerous illegalities via this application.
A few days ago, the prosecution announced at the hearing for the extension of detention that Keljmendi's group had contacts with employees of the judiciary and the police, which is now a separate part of the investigation.
It is also indicative that the true protectors of Keljmendi were hiding for more than a decade, and that Osman Mehmedagić, as director of ISA, never wanted to declare either Naser or Elvis a threat to national security, which is the exclusive competence of the director.

Members of the SIPA recently arrested Milan Matković, one of the most wanted drug dealers from the Balkans, who was on a wanted list and who lived in Trebinje and managed night clubs, also according to the order of the BiH Prosecutor's Office. He too, it is believed, had protection by the police.
So far, the MIAs of RS and SC, as well as SIPA and FUP, according to the order of the BiH Prosecutor's Office, have arrested more than 40 people who are linked to the Sky application.
However, with the arrest of Radonjić and Lubura, who are in custody, the ring began to tighten around the perpetrators of these criminal acts and those who knew about these illegal acts and did not report them.

At the beginning of last week, by the decision of acting chief prosecutor Milanko Kajganić, who by taking over this position showed the new strength of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH, prosecutor Diana Kajmaković was transferred from the position of head of the Department for Corruption to the Department for War Crimes.
Before that, Kajmaković was removed from the prosecutor's team that worked on the Sky cases, considering that certain people mentioned her name during the communication. So far, there is no evidence that Kajmaković is directly involved in this affair, although journalist Slobodan Vasković claims otherwise.

<h2>What Slobodan Vasković discovered</h2>

Prominent investigative journalist Slobodan Vasković stated earlier in his articles that Cvijetić would be arrested and detained. He revealed his activities months before his arrest. In addition, Vasković announced the arrest of Elvis Keljmendi's group, but also published messages between him and members of the drug group in which the name of Osman Mehmedagić Osmica, the director of ISA, is mentioned.
Vasković has been claiming in his articles for months that Mehmedagić is Elvis Keljmendi's boss and that Osmica has been protecting him from prosecution for years. It is interesting that the director of ISA has not yet denied this.

<h2>The team is led by Bojana Jolović</h2>

Prosecutor Bojana Jolović was recently appointed as the head of the prosecution team working on Sky application cases. She replaced Kajmaković in this position, who was removed from the prosecution team and is under investigation. 
Jolović now leads a team of seven prosecutors that successfully exposes criminal groups that arranged the smuggling of narcotics and weapons through Sky, but also prepared murders.

Elvis Keljmendi, when he was arrested by the MIA special forces on suspicion of threatening the journalists of "Avaz", loudly shouted in front of the witnesses: "Let me go, I'm Osmica's man, call Mehmedagić, you have to let me go", which eventually happened.

<h2>Belivuk was arrested in Serbia, Medenica in Montenegro</h2>

The decryption of the Sky application also led to arrests in Serbia and Montenegro. Even last year, the group of Velja Nevolja and Marko Belivuk was arrested, against whom an indictment was filed. Dijana Hrkalović, the former secretary of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Serbia, was also detained for months because of her connections with him and Darko Elez. Darko Šarić was also arrested again. Dozens of police officers were arrested in Montenegro. Vesna Medenica, the former president of the Supreme Court of Montenegro, is also in custody because of the Sky application.

Lawyers across the UK on Monday voted in favor of striking over pay raises and employment disputes with the government.

The Criminal Bar Association made the announcement after its members voted overwhelmingly in favor of industrial action. Nearly 80 percent of barristers within the group supported the motion to launch an all-out strike next month after their demand for a 25 percent pay raise was not met by the government.
- The effect of the strike will be that the courts continue to sit empty with trials and cases not being heard. It is a last-resort action. Barristers have had to endure collapses in their income and cuts and underfunding so that their income has decreased over 28 percent since around 2006. - Kirsty Brimelow, the group’s vice chair, told the BBC Breakfast show.

- The remedy is for an injection of money into the backlog of cases, which currently stands at 60,000 cases, that barristers are working on that will cost the government only £1.1 million ($1.09 million) per month. Currently, it’s costing much more for the courts to sit empty - Brimelow added.

The barrister strike is set to begin on Sept. 5 and will result in a majority of trials in more than 70 crown courts across England and Wales being delayed, with others expected to close altogether.
The bar group is demanding a 25 percent pay raise for those barristers involved in legal aid work – representing those individuals who cannot afford lawyers – but have criticized the Ministry of Justice’s proposed 15 percent increase in fees, arguing that it is insufficient when looking at the cost of living crisis and the decline in real wage growth.
The government, however, has defended the proposed pay rise and condemned the group’s decision to launch industrial action.
- The escalation of strike action is wholly unjustified considering we are increasing criminal barristers' fees by 15 percent, which will see the typical barrister earn around £7,000 more a year - Justice Minister Sarah Dines said in a statement quoted by the BBC News.

<h2>Independent Review of Criminal Legal Aid</h2>

According to the Independent Review of Criminal Legal Aid, the median salary for a criminal lawyer in 2019-20 was £79,800. However, this figure falls to a range of £55,000-£62,900 after expenses, with new criminal barristers earning as little as £9,000.

Barristers are self-employed and, unlike corporate lawyers who earn up to £100,000 a year at the start of their careers, struggle to make an affordable income in the beginning of their careers. Barristers employed in legal aid work earn on average up to £60,000 after expenses.
The cost of living crisis is threatening to squeeze the incomes and livelihoods of many across the UK. With utility bills expected to rise above £6,000 in April 2021, many fear they will be unable to meet such demands. At the same time, inflation has risen to an unprecedented 9.4 percent which has hurt the value of the pound and driven up prices for the average household.
The launch of the legal industrial action is the latest following a spate of strikes across the country over the last two months. On Sunday, workers at the UK’s largest port voted to strike for eight days while workers in the transport sector staged a mass walkout last week.
