The trial for the murder of Dženan Memić began today with the reading of the indictment in the Court of B&amp;H and the presentation of introductory words by the Defense and the Prosecutor's Office, and Zijad Mutap, Alisa Mutap-Ramić, Hasan Dupovac, Josip Barić and Muamer Ožegović are accused.
They are accused of organized crime, namely illegal mediation, prevention of evidence, giving false testimony and aiding and abetting the perpetrator after the crime was committed.
Prosecutor Ćazim Hasanspahić said that by questioning 88 witnesses and submitting 166 pieces of material evidence beyond any reasonable doubt, the Prosecution would confirm the allegations in the indictment that the accused committed the crimes at the time and in the manner described in the indictment.
The prosecutor emphasized that out of 88 witnesses, as many as 15 asked for protective measures. Also, 12 experts will be questioned.
According to Hasanspahić, Zijad Mutap organized a criminal group consisting of Alisa Mutap, Hasan Dupovac, Josip Barić and Muamer Ožegović.
It is clear from the indictment that Alisa Mutap refused to state all „facts that were very well known to her as an eyewitness“.

- Although based on the provisions of Article 100 of the FB&amp;H Criminal Procedure Code, she was obliged to state all facts and circumstances that were known to her, she knowingly concealed them, as well as facts that are crucial for determining the manner of death of Dženan Memić and perpetrators - it is stated in the indictment, which, apart from Alisa Mutap, charges her father Zijad Mutap, police officers Hasan Dupovac and Josip Barić and Muamer Ožegović, an employee of the Crystal Hotel in Ilidža, with concealing evidence and perpetrators by faking evidence and concealing facts known to them. 
The indictment alleges that Alisa Mutap refused to do so, creating the illusion that she did not remember the specific event and that she had lost consciousness.
The opposite, however, arises from the medical records, which state that she was conscious and communicative during the examination on the night of 8/9 February 2016 and the specialist finding of the KCUS from February 9, which are decisive facts for determining the manner and place of Dženan Memić's suffering - the indictment alleges.

The evidence along with the indictment, more precisely the doctor's finding from February 9, 2016, states that Alisa Mutap adequately answers the questions, which, according to the expert, excludes the possibility that the registered injury she had on her head could have caused amnesia.
The indictment alleges that these five, led by Zijad Mutap, without authorization and without an order from the competent court, seized evidence in the form of video surveillance footage, faked and planted evidence that was not really the case.
- They led the officials of the SC Ministry of the Interior to pass and sign acts that do not correspond to the established facts, submitted fake evidence to the experts, presenting them as real, and thus obstructed and directed the investigation in the wrong direction - it is stated.
As stated in the indictment, Alisa's father Zijad is the organizer of a group whose goal was to cover up the real perpetrators and the real way in which Dženan Memić suffered severe bodily injuries as a result of which he died.
In the indictment, the Prosecution alleges that Zijad Mutap contacted Hasan Dupovac, then head of the Traffic Investigation Department of the KS Ministry of the Interior, after a car accident, after which they arranged a meeting in restaurant “Royal” near Vogošća, where witness M-10 and Edin Avdić were still protected.

In his notes, he saw that additional funds had been allocated from the FB&amp;H Government and the FCPA, and subsequently found that there were certain disagreements when it came to prices.
In addition, Kadribegović said that he had no information about other FCPA contracts with "Silver raspberry" but that he learned about them from the media.
He found out about the purchase of 100 ventilators for 10.5 million marks only on April 25, when 80 ventilators arrived at the Airport.

On the sidelines of the Summit, Čović held working meetings with numerous EPP officials, including EPP President Donald Tusk, Aleksandar Vučić and Boyko Borisov, stated the B&amp;H Parliament.&nbsp;

He gave a speech on the current situation and the EU perspective of B&H, emphasizing the key changes in the B&H Election Law and limited constitutional changes

"Gordana, remove Oleg Čavka," is heard on the audio recording of the conversation between Osman Mehmedagić Osmica, director of the Intelligence and Security Agency (ISA) of B&amp;H, and Gordana Tadić, which took place on July 19, 2019, in the office of the Chief State Prosecutor.
It is an audio recording lasting 80 minutes, which was published by the "Avaz" portal 15 days ago.
This recording shook the judicial-intelligence system in the country and exposed the work and methods of the director of ISA. The authenticity of the audio recording was not disputed by ISA either, "but they were worried about who was recording the meeting".

<h2>There is no evidence that Mehmedagić was ever a student</h2>

In the audio recording, Mehmedagić blackmails Tadić and her deputy Ozrenka Nešković, saying that he will hardly compromise prosecutor Čavka, demanding that the investigation in the "Diploma" affair, which concerns the level of education of the first man of the secret service, be stopped. A few months later, it was established that Osmica forged the diploma with the help of Denis Prcić, the founder and owner of the American University in B&amp;H, all with the goal of getting a second term as the head of this agency.
However, that is not the end. Investigators from the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina and members of the SC Ministry of the Interior have not been able to find the documentation hidden by Prcić for months, regarding the file on the education of people at this university, including Mehmedagić himself.
After Prcić's arrest on June 18, a few days later, the police found servers at vacation home, but not registry books and files.
During the search of the University of Tuzla, members of the TC MUP did not find any evidence that Mehmedagić was ever a student at this institution. However, he declared this diploma, which he handed over to the ISA Supervision Commission, a secret.
The prosecution has evidence that Mehmedagić obtained a forged diploma, thanks to which he was appointed to the position of General Director of ISA, although his actual education - VŠS of the Faculty of Law in Sarajevo was not enough for the appointment.
The investigation established that Prcić, with the help of his associates, tore the original page from the register of this faculty, and that the name of Osman Mehmedagić was subsequently inserted and added. Instead of student Damir Mujakić, Osmica's name appeared.
The graphologist who determined the illogicalities is the permanent court expert Ismet Katana.

But as the investigation continues, new incredible details come to light.
We learn that investigators and police never found the registry books, nor the file, nor the diploma relating to the ISA director. The cherry on top of the cake is that the police found the student booklet on which Mehmedagić was "stated" as a student, but this document was issued in a different name.

And the other name is a foreign citizen of Libya, Muhammad Muktauf!? Namely, Muktauf was enrolled at the American University in B&amp;H during one semester (registry number 52). However, then Prcić took action and, instead of Muktauf, subsequently inserted Mehmedagić with the student booklet number used by the Libyan.
All these data were discovered on the server of the LMS system, which Prcić hid, and the police later found them.
