In order to increase the number of tourist arrivals during the summer tourist season and the recovery of tourism, the Government of the Sarajevo Canton and the Tourism Board of the Sarajevo Canton will subsidize tourist and catering services in the Canton for tourists from Serbia.

The incomplete remains of two more people were exhumed today from a mass grave that was discovered last Monday at the Dobro Polje site near Kalinovik. Thus, from the beginning of the exhumation until today, the remains of a total of nine persons have been found in this mass grave.

According to the Institute for Missing Persons of B&amp;H, the exhumation at this site has been going on for two weeks, and given the fact that it is a very steep and inaccessible terrain that is being dug by hand, the exhumation will continue in the coming days.
According to the Institute for Missing Persons of Bosnia and Herzegovina, it is assumed that the skeletal remains found belong to the victims of Bosniak nationality who were murdered in the summer of 1995, and thrown down the steep slope of the Bistrica River canyon.
Some of the victims who were found were tied with wire, and the skeletal remains have traces of gunshot wounds. Along with the remains, some clothes and some personal items were found.

This morning, members of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA), on the order of the Prosecutor's Office of B&amp;H, began an investigation in the building of the Intelligence and Security Agency of B&amp;H (ISA), which houses the Federal Police Administration (FUP), the Avaz portal has learned.

After Emir Zulejhić, who works for the Raskrinkavanje.ba website (owned by the Association of Citizens "Zašto ne"), published that I had called their association and threatened, I am obliged to address the public.
So, today we received a notification again on the Facebook page "Dnevni avaz" that our page published content that "confuses readers". This is certainly the 10th or 11th time in the last six months that the page of "Dnevni avaz" is under the scrutiny of "Raskrinkavanje" and their journalists who analyze texts published on portals in B&amp;H.

<h2>I will always react vigorously to lump sum and unfounded ratings</h2>

Since I read the analysis in detail to determine why the text we published on our page is incomplete and which was originally published on the portal "Nezavisne novine", and the same text was also published on many other portals in B&amp;H and the region, including N1, Buka, Index.hr, Raport, B92 ... I noticed that the analysis did not include individual portals that also published identical piece of news.
Then I called the phone number which I found on "Raskrinkavanje" page and asked for a journalist who was doing this particular analysis. When the person on the other side told me that she could not give the journalist's contact phone number and that I should contact her by e-mail, and that she was in charge of finances, I asked "who is financing you?".

Then I asked if I should come to them to talk in person with their journalist who published a lump sum analysis that is, who did not include other media in the analysis that published the same piece of news. After that, I exchanged a few messages on Facebook with the journalist who wrote the analysis and who gave me her e-mail address. I duly sent an inquiry and indicated that I needed her answer because I was doing an analysis of their analysis. By the time this text was published, I had not received a response.
This was perceived as a threat. I categorically reject the false accusations of "Raskrinkavanje" that I threatened one of their journalists.
I will always react vigorously to lump sum and unfounded ratings especially when it comes to the media house I work for. Furthermore, I urge all fellow journalists to go public and say how much "Raskrinkavanje" objectively analyzes and how "motivating" it is for people who do their job honestly and fairly to be notified two or three times a month that they have sinned because they did not check the statement. , for example, of Milorad Dodik.

<h2>Numerous objections to their "analyzing"</h2>

- You were obliged to check whether what Dodik said was true - Darko Brkan, a man who heads the Association of Citizens "Zašto ne" and who hangs out with the notorious Avdo Avdić, editor of the obscure paraintelligence portal, a media outlet that "Raskrinkavanje" does not touch and protects it from their "analyzing".
The extent to which "Raskrinkavanje" is objective is shown by the numerous objections to their "analyzing" that other colleagues working for portals in Bosnia and Herzegovina have, such as "Hayat", "Raporta", "Bljesak", "Nezavisne novine", "Patrija", "Face TV", "Radio Sarajevo" ... to whom the "analyzing" of "Raskrinkavanje" is inflicting enormous financial damage, and who are already considering a joint response to the attacks of Darko Brkan and his team.
To summarize, I did not threaten, I did speak perhaps loude, I did not mention any "scattering" nor did it ever occur to me.
I advise my colleagues from "Raskrinkavanje" to pay more attention to objective analyzing in their work, and less to personal sympathies and selective protection of portals and editors close to them.

The key evidence of the cover-up of Dženan Memić's murder is in the possession of the "Avaz" editorial office, and its authenticity has been confirmed to us from several different sources. Namely, this is a video from the fateful night of February 8th, 2016, which was taken from the video surveillance of the mosque in Lužani. It is clear that Dženan's BMW, a gray metallic color, in which Alisa Mutap is, passes by the mosque in Lužani at exactly 09.28.28 PM. 
This means that more than an hour has passed since Dženan and Alisa met before the first report to the Emergency Room and Police, which, as far as Dženan is concerned, was done only at 10.47 PM, as evidenced by audio recordings from the ambulance system, which the "Avaz" portal previously published.

Investigators ruled out the possibility of inaccurate time stamp from the camera, as far as summer and winter time is concerned, and the timing is supported by the statements of several witnesses who saw Dženan and Alisa walking by the fountain at around 9.30 PM and "had the impression that they were arguing".
The Sarajevo Prosecutor's Office had this recording, but it never used it in the investigation, indictment, or during the main trial of Ljubo and Bekrija Seferović. The question is why no one paid the attention to this key piece of evidence, and this will certainly be determined by the Prosecutor's Office of B&amp;H.
Namely, this video casts a shadow on the exact time of the report to the police that Dženan was injured in relation to the real time when he was injured.

The time of the call to the Sarajevo Emergency Room is also in question (a member of the Directorate for Coordination of Police Bodies of B&amp;H calls the Ambulance at 10.37 PM and says that the "girl hit a tree with a car").
The man (Dženan) is mentioned in this communication only 10 minutes later, at 10.47 PM, when the head of the DKP shift informed the ambulance that "the man was seriously injured". The unfortunate young man was brought to the Emergency Room at 11:13 PM.
Dženan Memić passed away on February 15th at 4.45 AM, and the family was notified at 6.30 AM.
As a source close to the investigation revealed to us, the theory about the whole case is completely changing.
If we take into account the statement of the late doctor Alija Čelja, who operated on Dženan, in which he says: "We could help the young man if he was brought earlier", many more people are suspected, because in that hour hemorrhage in the brain and swelling of brain tissue they brought Dženan's body to a condition that was irreparable, despite the operation that was done upon admission. Namely, time is crucial in this case, claims our source.

Alisa Mutap in her statement to the SC Ministry of the Interior, which she gave to Hasan Dupovac on February 10th (arrested and detained for covering up Dženan's murder), says that she met Dženan at 9.30 PM in front of Ilidža Police Department, after which they went to Zmajevac and Vidikovac, and on the other hand the video shows his vehicle in Lužani at 9.28.28 PM, which excludes the possibility that they went to Zmajevac and Vidikovac. And that is ruled out by eyewitnesses who saw them walking by the fountain.

During the statement given on April 5th, 2016 in the Sarajevo prosecutor's office, Mutap states that she met with Dženan at 9.15 PM, after which they went to Vidikovac, and then to the "Kovači" bakery.
At the main trial of the Ljubo i Bekrija Seferović, held on October 24th, 2016, Mutap testified that she accidentally met Dženan in Velika Aleja at exactly 9 PM. She sovereignly claimed that she was sure that they had met at that time, because she looked at her watch "because of a friend who had to go home".
According to the list of things she was wearing, the watch is not mentioned, only a black jacket and black jeans, but that is not as important as the fact that 30 minutes are lost in her three statements. So, why is she "stealing" time, investigators and prosecutors of the State Prosecutor's Office ask themselves. After that, Alisa says in the courtroom that she met Dženan at the MUP in Ilidža at exactly 9.25 PM, and that Dženan invited her.

Footage from the mosque in Lužani confirms that they met at around 9.30 PM, and according to the communication that was taken from their mobile phones, that was confirmed. They were just a two-minute walk from where Dženan was reported injured.
Another suspicious circumstance, which Dženan's father Muriz Memić spoke about in his testimony, is the fact that Dženan's mobile phone was constantly ringing and vibrating on the fateful day. His father remembered that, because he had warned Dženan about the phone, given that they had three funerals that day, and his phone kept ringing — until he met with Alisa.
That communication was excluded and is in the possession of the Prosecutor's Office of B&amp;H. This video completely, as a source close to the investigation told us, and unequivocally proves that in an hour, as long as Dženan was lying injured, the scene, wherever it was, could have been "cleared of traces" and the actors could agree on reversing the direction of the investigation.

<h2>Is the Great Alley really a crime scene</h2>

What is now being checked within the investigation of the Prosecutor's Office of B&amp;H, and due to the suspicion of organized cover-up of the murder of a young man from Sokolović-Kolonija, is the exact place of the crime. Namely, three police officers and one doctor in their four statements stated different positions in which they found Dženan's body in the Great Alley.
One police officer said he found Dženan on his left side and another on his right side, while a third said he was lying on his back. On the other hand, the ambulance doctor said that he found the young man lying on his stomach. Investigators are checking, and for what, as we have learned unofficially from a source close to the investigation, there is a well-founded suspicion, whether Dženan was seriously injured, brought and left in the Great Alley. These allegations have yet to be confirmed.

<h2>Mud on shoes and weather forecast</h2>

Our source justifiably wonders why other things are not exempt from Alisa Mutap, except for jeans and a jacket. Why weren't her mud-shod shoes taken away? This fact, according to our source, in the investigation of the Sarajevo Prosecutor's Office is justified by the fact that it rained on the fateful night, which is not true and can be verified by a simple insight into the weather forecast of February 8th, 2016 and it is clear that it was dry and Mutap and Memić were moving on the asphalted surface, where there was no mud.

The World Health Organization (WHO) warned Thursday that vaccination rates in Europe were still far off what was needed to stop a virus resurgence and called on countries to maintain protective measures.

According to the organisation, 30 percent of people have received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine and 17 percent have been fully vaccinated in the WHO's European Region - which spans 53 countries and territories and includes several in Central Asia.
-Although we have come far, we have not come far enough- Hans Kluge, the WHO's regional director for Europe, told a press conference.

A 28-year-old mediaeval history enthusiast who slapped French President Emmanuel Macron risks up to three years in jail when he appears in court for the first time on Thursday, having told investigators he acted "without thinking".

The man, named as Damien T., has been in custody since the incident on Tuesday and is expected to be convicted of assaulting a public figure when he appears before a magistrate in the southern town of Valence.
The charge carries a maximum three-year jail sentence and a fine of 45,000 euros ($55,000), although the court will take into account the defendant's clean criminal record and any expression of remorse.

His friend, named as Arthur C., was arrested at the same time on Tuesday having filmed the slap, but will not be charged over the incident, the prosecutor said.
Macron shrugged off the assault, calling it an "isolated event", and he has vowed to continue meting voters despite concerns for his personal security. 
Leaders across the political spectrum have shown rare unity in condemning the incident, with many seeing it as a symptom of the fraught political climate and declining public debate just weeks from regional elections and 10 months from presidential polls.
Macron, 43, whose personal ratings have risen recently, is expected to seek a second term next year.

The United States is buying 500 million doses of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine, including 200 million set to be delivered around the world by the end of this year. The remainder will be sent out by June 2022, the White House said in a statement.
This "largest ever purchase and donation of vaccines by a single country" will "help supercharge the global fight against the pandemic," the White House said.
Biden, who is attending a G7 summit in Britain this week, "will also call on the world's global democracies to do their parts in contributing to the global supply of safe and effective vaccines."
The United States has come under criticism for sitting on huge stocks of unused vaccines, something the government says was initially necessary as a precautionary measure in its own race to get shots into the arms of Americans.
However, with domestic vaccination rates now having reached 64 percent of adults receiving at least one dose, Washington is moving quickly to reclaim global leadership on the issue.
Dismissing suggestions that the United States is in a so-called vaccine diplomacy contest with Russia and China, the White House describes its initiatives as a return to multilateral action after the nationalist isolationism of Donald Trump's presidency.
This new, huge surge in donations aims "to save lives and end the pandemic," the White House said.
With the pandemic largely tamed at home, "the United States is using the power of our democracy, the ingenuity of American scientists, and the strength of American manufacturing to beat the pandemic globally by helping to vaccinate the world."
The vaccines will be distributed through the international Covax program to "low and lower-middle income nations."
The announcement came on top of an earlier pledge to donate some 80 million vaccines by the end of June, as well as a $2 billion contribution to COVAX funding.

Biden hinted at the announcement Wednesday before boarding Air Force One bound for Britain to meet with fellow G7 leaders from Britain, Canada, France, Germany, Italy and Japan.
Asked if he had a vaccine strategy for the world, he said: "I have one and I'll be announcing it."
The New York Times said Biden would appear with Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla to make the announcement.
The deal would see the US paying "not for profit" price for the doses, according to US media reports.

A Russian journalist has been banned from covering football's European Championship by Azerbaijan's organising committee over his visits to the separatist region of Nagorno-Karabakh, sparking outrage in Moscow on Wednesday.

Nobel Arustamyan, a journalist with Armenian ancestry working for the Russian Match TV station, said Tuesday that Azerbaijan's organising committee has denied him accreditation for Euro 2020 that is being organised in 11 European cities including the Azerbaijani capital, Baku.
The approval of the 11 national organising committees is necessary for journalists to be accredited.
The oil-rich country on the Caspian Sea is set to host three group games in June -- Wales v Switzerland, Turkey v Wales, Switzerland v Turkey -- and a quarter-final in July.
The vice president of the Azerbaijani Football Federation, Elkhan Mammadov, confirmed his country was behind the refusal.
-This person has repeatedly visited the occupied lands of Azerbaijan for many years and during these visits did not receive permission from the relevant structures of Azerbaijan- Mammadov told journalists.
