The European Commission Monday asked the EU member states to coordinate and lift travel restrictions for their citizens from mid-June.

The guidelines proposed by the EU executive body aimed at facilitating travel between the EU states before the bloc’s new regulation on COVID-certificates comes into force on July 1.
If the EU governments adopt the recommendations, the new rules, granting free travel for fully vaccinated or recovered people, can be applied as of mid-June.
Under the guidelines, people who have been fully vaccinated can travel to another EU country without any further restriction, at least 14 days after they have received the last recommended dose approved by the European Drugs Agency.
Those recovered from COVID-19 may also travel without other test or quarantine obligation in the EU.
The European Commission also advised a standard validity period of 72 hours for PCR tests and 48 hours for rapid antigen tests for those who have not received the jabs or recovered from the illness.
The EU executive body recommended the EU states not to demand PCR tests from children under the age of 6.
At the same time, the European Commission asked the member states, who have already been prepared, to use the EU COVID-certificate system in order to ensure the smooth transition.

A mass grave was discovered today during an exhumation procedure at the Dobro Polje site in the municipality of Kalinovik.

Jasmina Sazdovski, pre-trial judge of the Sarajevo Municipal Court, ordered prohibitive measures against Abdulah Hajdarević, who is suspected of endangering the safety of the editor and owner of Face TV, Senad Hadžifejzović, the "Avaz" portal has learned. This means that Hajdarević was released to defend himself with a ban on approaching Senad Hadžifejzović, Face TV premises and mandatory reporting to the competent police station once a week.
According to the motion for detention, which was presented to the court today by prosecutor Željka Tomić, he tried to break into the editorial office during the „Centralni dnevnik“ show by making serious threats to Hadžifejzović's life.
He was thwarted in his intent by security that called the police. Earlier, Hajdarević also threatened journalists and editors of this television on Facebook.
Hadžifejzović was initially present in the courtroom, but had to leave because he is going to be a witness in the proceedings.
While the distinguished journalist was sitting in the audience, Hajdarević looked at him, waved and showed him thumb up. The policeman reacted sharply and warned him of his behavior.
At the suspect's waving, Hadžifejzović remained as frosty as he is in show "Face to Face".
Prosecutor Željka Tomić presented a motion to order custody, and Hajdarević said he would not find Senad even if someone paid him.
Another investigation is underway against Hajdarević for threatening a journalist.

Let's recall, the attempted incursion occurred in the midst of frantic attacks, insults and drawing targets by the Sda bots against all "unsuitable" journalists in the country. However, thanks to the influence he has on the consistent disclosure of the crimes and illegality of the Izetbegović couple and their closest associates, the most frequent target of these parastructures is Hadžifejzović.
Although many citizens, journalists and public figures sent a strong message on Saturday that no one should stifle freedom of speech, there is enough reason to fear that the attacks will become even more brutal.
Just after his party's heavy defeat in the 2020 local elections, Izetbegović announced the intensification of bot campaigns.
- This team is energetic, they know how to use modern means well, that is, social networks, we lost againts them due to that. We will race for the next two years - he said.

Shortly after these words, bot pages and profiles, which on the one hand glorify the Izetbegović family and other protagonists of the regime, such as Fadil Novalić and Osman Mehmedagić Osmica, 
and on the other hand, they place the most heinous lies, montages and draw targets on the foreheads of anyone who opposes or exposes the crimes of the mentioned, began to sprout like mushrooms.
There are some common features of all autocratic regimes. When they feel powerful and invincible enough, they are able to tolerate attacks and blows to themselves to a greater extent, believing that they cannot shake them excessively.
But when they begin to lose power and stop feeling safe in their positions, in fear and panic they start attacking and hitting those they see as the main cause of their downfall, hoping to silence and eliminate their opponents and retain power.
It is similar with the regime of Bakir Izetbegović. Faced with a series of political defeats, Izetbegović decided to take the path of political despair and, unable to deal with his own political bankruptcy, directed the entire regime's artillery at individuals who expose the failures, crime and poverty of his regime - journalists, intellectuals and some opposition politicians.

There is no doubt that the Izetbegović dynasty and the current SDA structures managed to unite more or less everything and everyone that is not under the direct control of the regime against themselves, and from day to day, they are entering new affairs and they are getting closer to political end.
But as the end draws to a close, the panic will increase, and with it the willingness to resort to the most brutal methods of dealing with dissidents. Be prepared, because the worst is probably yet to come.

<h2>Face TV and ‘Avaz’ under attack by Izetbegović</h2>

The brutal confrontation between Izetbegović's regime and Face TV, but also "Avaz", was timed at the moment when it was announced that Izetbegović was running again for the Bosniak member of the Presidency of B&amp;H in the 2022 general elections.
Namely, Izetbegović is aware of the huge influence that "Avaz" and Face TV, ie Senad Hadžifejzović, have in Bosniak public opinion, so he is trying and will try to turn off the voice of these two media, because their writings about corruption and crime of the regime drastically diminishes the chances of an election victory.
Additionally, Izetbegović is aware that these two media outlets cannot be bribed or controlled in any way, because they both operate in the market and depend on their readers and viewers, and not on the privileged from the budget controlled by the SDA.

The international airport of Vietnam's capital will suspend inbound flights from abroad beginning Tuesday, the country's aviation body announced, as it grapples with a fresh wave of virus outbreaks.

A "temporary suspension of receiving international flights" will begin at Hanoi's Noi Bai International Airport from June 1 at midnight until June 7, the Civil Aviation Administration of Vietnam said in a statement on Monday. 
Vietnam's health minister said over the weekend that authorities had discovered a highly infectious "new hybrid variant" -- a combination of the Indian and UK variants. 
Outbound international flights will continue from Hanoi, the statement said, but the government did not say if domestic flights would be part of the suspension.
While authorities promptly rolled back the assertion by saying the mutation still needed to be "studied further", alarm sounded across the country as it struggled to contain fresh outbreaks in more than half its territory. 
Last week, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam's southern business hub, issued a halt on foreign arrivals in its Tan Son Nhat International Airport. 
The suspension was supposed to be lifted by June 4, but the CAAV announced Monday that it would continue until June 14.

Turkey ended a nationwide weekend curfew early Monday aimed at helping stem the spread of the coronavirus.

A gradual normalization process was started on May 17 following a 17-day full lockdown that covered the remainder of the Muslim fasting month of Ramadan as well as three days of the Eid al-Fitr holiday.
Earlier, an Interior Ministry statement said the gradual normalization will conclude at 5 a.m. local time on June 1.
During the period, weekdays saw a night curfew from 9 PM to 5 AM, while a full lockdown was enforced on weekends, the ministry said.
The weekend curfew began on Friday at 9 p.m. and ended on Monday at 5 AM.
The roadmap for the normalization process is expected to be determined at today's cabinet meeting chaired by President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
After the meeting, the gradual normalization plan, which is set to be implemented as of June 1, is expected to be announced by Erdogan.

A Ryanair passenger plane travelling from Dublin to Krakow made an emergency landing in Berlin after authorities were alerted to a security threat which later proved to be unfounded, German police said Monday.

-We had a tip-off by telephone, and we had to be sure that there was no danger- a police spokesman told AFP.
While police gave no further details about the nature of the alert, German newspaper Bild Zeitung said the Poland-bound flight made the unexpected diversion late Sunday after a reported bomb threat.
With 160 people on board, the flight arrived at the Berlin-Brandenburg airport shortly after 8:00 pm (1800 GMT) Sunday. The passengers were later tranferred onto another plane which took off early Monday morning. 
Police said that officers had completed their security checks "without any danger being detected".
The flight was emptied with the baggage also searched, German media reported.
-The Ryanair plane that made an emergency landed reported an air emergency and was therefore immediately given a landing permit at BER- airport spokesman Jan-Peter Haack told Bild.
The incident comes a week after a Ryanair flight was forced to divert to Belarus, with a passenger -- a dissident journalist -- arrested on arrival.
And in July last year, another Ryanair plane from Dublin to Krakow was forced to make an emergency landing in London after a false bomb threat.

The Medical Chamber of the Sarajevo Canton published on its official website the decision to award the honorary title of chief of medicine to 33 doctors, including the director of the Clinical Center of the University of Sarajevo (KCUS), Sebija Izetbegović.

The decision was published six days ago and comes in the midst of violent reactions from the public and doctors regarding the dubious academic education of the wife of SDA leader Bakir Izetbegović.
- We would like to inform you that the honorary title of chief of medicine has been awarded in recognition of many years of successful work and special results achieved in protecting the health of the population and health development for the year 2020 - the Chamber said in a statement.
In the previous days, the Chamber condemned, as they stated, unfounded attacks on the director of KCUS, instead of asking that all allegations be investigated objectively, primarily about her postgraduate studies in Zagreb, on the basis of which she received her master's and then doctoral degrees.
Dr. Bakir Nakaš points out that the SC Medical Chamber has long lost all credibility and that it "works and acts according to the wishes of individuals", and not on the basis of real merits in health care.
- The chamber has been privatized. And all this has been happening since it was taken over by her (Sebije Izetbegović, Op. Cit.) Clinic. There is no longer an objective criterion, because all the reactions of the last days are essentially going in the direction of promoting Sebija and protecting her. The chamber totally collapsed. It is not even close to the one we created when we talked about values - says Nakaš.
He claims that the title of chief of medicine in SC has also been completely devalued.
- It is well known what is stated in the rulebook and what it refers to. It is known who can get the title of chief of medicine and why he/she has it. Today, it is awarded if someone is dear and nice to someone and according to their wishes - says Nakaš.
He reminds that a few years ago, many refused to be awarded this title because, as he states, they did not want to be side by side with certain people who did not deserve it.
- This title has become political, and the least professional - says Nakaš.

Izet Hočko, president of the Union of Doctors of Medicine and Dentistry of Sarajevo Canton, says that the Chamber does not work in the interest of doctors, but in the interest of individuals.
- Everything they do, even when they make these decisions, it is only in the interest of the group that manages the Chamber. Besides, they were illegally elected and everything is in court. It is run by a small group and they went to a side that is not in the interests of the doctors. Who are they protecting - Hočko asks.

<h2>Who are the new chiefs of medicine, whence Miladinović</h2>

Apart from Sebija Izetbegović, Elvira Karaselimović-Džambasović, Hasan Tanović, Lejla Alađuz, Dunja Hodžić, Amira Baždarević-Rašidagić, Aida Ćorić also received the title of chiefs of medicine. It is interesting that Ksenija Miladinović, who is the president of the Chamber, is also on the list.

Turkey on Friday welcomed a resolution adopted by the UN Human Rights Council (OHCHR) calling for the urgent establishment of an international independent investigation commission to probe Israel's human rights violations in the occupied Palestinian territories.

-We see this decision as an important step towards making Israeli authorities accountable in the international arena for its crimes committed in the occupied Palestinian territories, in particular the excessive, disproportionate and illegal use of force against the Palestinian people without discrimination- the Turkish Foreign Ministry said in a statement.

The special session of the council, which was called to discuss the "serious human rights situation" in the occupied Palestinian territories, ended on Thursday with the adoption of the resolution put forward by the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) coordinator, Pakistan, and the Palestinian state.
The council "decides to urgently establish an ongoing independent, international commission of inquiry, to be appointed by the President of the Human Rights Council, to investigate in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem, and in Israel,” said the resolution.
The commission will investigate "all alleged violations of international humanitarian law and all alleged violations and abuses of international human rights law leading up to and since 13 April 2021, and all underlying root causes of recurrent tensions, instability, and protraction of conflict, including systematic discrimination and repression based on national, ethnic, racial or religious identity," it added.
The resolution was adopted by 24 votes, with nine countries voting against and 14 abstaining.
Countries that voted no included Austria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Germany, Malawi, the United Kingdom, and Uruguay, arguing that this would be an unprecedented ongoing investigation.
