Japan on Friday announced it will provide Oxford-AstraZeneca's COVID-19 vaccines to Asian nations starting next week.

The country will donate one million coronavirus vaccine shots each to Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Thailand, Foreign Minister Toshimitsu Motegi told reporters in Tokyo.

The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina rejected the appeal of the arrested Denis Prcić, the founder and owner of the American University in Bosnia and Herzegovina, who was ordered into one-month custody five days ago. He appealed the decision on detention according to the proposal of the Prosecutor's Office of B&amp;H. The complaint of his arrested associate Melisa Belkić-Mujkanović, who was banned, was accepted.

B&H registers 26 new cases of Covid-19 and two deaths

After some media reported that professors from the Faculty of Dentistry tried to smuggle dental implants, who were traveling with Dean Muhamed Ajanović, the institution reacted promptly.
It should be reminded that upon their arrival in Sarajevo, the professors were subjected to increased control by members of the Indirect Taxation Authority of B&amp;H (ITA), based on an anonymous report. On that occasion, as reported by the ITA, dental implants and other goods were confiscated, with a total value of around 40,000 KM, and several regime media accused professors of smuggling the goods without checking the accuracy of the information, writes portal Pressmedia.
Such incorrect allegations were immediately denied and it was clarified what was this all about about:
- The dental material in question was handed to us because it is necessary for the participants of professional training organized by the Faculty of Dentistry, before starting the training, to get acquainted with the technology and system of materials produced by Ritter, to avoid possible problems during the non-cyclical study Dental implants from basic to advanced. This is the reason why we carried donated implants from the United States, and not with the intent to smuggle it, as you incorrectly stated in your text.
That the statements received from the Faculty of Dentistry in Sarajevo are true is confirmed by a facsimile of a letter sent to this institution by the company "Ritter Implants GmbH &amp; Co. KG", with which the Faculty of Dentistry has established cooperation and which has previously donated dental implants and accompanying equipment to this institution.
The letter states precisely that this is a donation and what exactly is donated.

Wanting to remove any doubts about the alleged value of implants of 40,000 KM, which is speculated about, the company submitted a clear specification with the stated prices.

- Thank you for calling me to verify the authenticity of the e-mail with the attachment. This e-mail is authentic, and I take this opportunity to invite you to contact the representatives of Ritter in order to possibly, and in case of further doubts, receive confirmation from them. The Faculty submitted all relevant information and documents to the competent authorities for further action, including the Prosecutor's Office of B&amp;H, because I am deeply aware of the fact that this does not happen by accident, but is an expression of serious engagement of Osman Mehmedagić and his associates in numerous institutions and the ITA.
All of this happened because they want to take revenge on me, and because I dared to respond as a witness to the Prosecutor's Office of Bi&amp; in cases concerning him and his close friend Ranko Debevec.

Why an attempt was made to manipulate the truth in the case of the professors of the Faculty of Dentistry

The main board of the SDA, which held a meeting at the hotel of the controversial party tycoon Alija Budnjo, sent a message by choosing the location that nothing will change in the behavior, activities and ideological course of the largest Bosniak party, headed by Bakir Izetbegović.

Incompetent, corrupt, but loyal and humble towards the dynastic couple were pushed to the forefront, and the few remaining free shooters seeking change and responsibility for the disaster in the local elections, after the last session of the Main Board will be now even closer and will go even faster to the exit door.

<h2> Who gave the keys of power into the hands of Dodik and Čović</h2>

Reading Izetbegović's speech and the conclusions of the SDA, it is difficult to shake off the impression that the party leader and his courtiers live in a parallel galaxy. For all the good, and there is not much of it, the party of the "Muslim historical circle" is responsible. Everything that is bad, according to Izetbegović, is the product of the actions of the opposition, the media, foreign conspiracies, the Serbo-Croatian coalition against the state of B&amp;H.



And again, cheap and false patriotism, traitors in "our" ranks, foreign mercenaries, anti-Bosniak prosecutors and judges ... And in the real world, the truth is completely different, but Bakir and the SDA did not say a word about it.
While they complain that Milorad Dodik and Dragan Čović are blocking the reform processes and the path to the EU at the state and entity levels, they are silent about the fact that four SNSD delegates and four HDZ delegates were elected exclusively by SDA votes in the state House of Peoples (and this is the majority of a total of 15 delegates), and that, also by the will of the SDA, the HDZ after the 2018 elections achieved a controlling stake in the federal House of Peoples.
It is the beginning and the end of every story about their alleged struggle for the state, the people and the citizens.
Even more devastating, but not unexpected, is the silence of the SDA and Bakir Izetbegović at the Main Board on criminal and corruption scandals involving the party's staff.

<h2>Suspicious diplomas of Osmica and Sebija </h2>

For months, the public and the media have been buzzing about the fake diploma and other criminal activities of the home intelligence officer and director of ISA, Osman Mehmedagić Osmica, in charge of all the dirt and planting of opponents of the couple Izetbegović's regime. If the state prosecutor's office remains persistent and professional until the end, it should come as no surprise that Osmica will soon end up where his companion and printer of fake diplomas Denis Prcić is currently - on defendant's bench and in prison.



The first lady of the SDA is also leading the battle to prove the validity of the diploma. All relevant information and evidence published so far severely compromise Sebija Izetbegović and calls into question her academic education. Her alleged postgraduate studies in Zagreb are shrouded in secrecy, and direct witnesses such as academician Asim Krujak and professor Sanja Kupešić claim that she did not take exams with them, nor did they write her grades.
In addition, director Sebija Izetbegović is facing an investigation into the deaths of a large number of patients infected with coronavirus, who were treated at the Clinical Center of the University of Sarajevo.
Pretending that they neither read nor saw any of the above, the members of the SDA Main Board plebiscitarily supported Professor Izetbegović, as her husband Bakir publicly glorifies her, praising her inevitable role in - watch out now!? - the fight against the coronavirus pandemic.
SDA's federal prime minister, Fadil Novalić, the first indictee in the "Ventilators" affair, also received undivided support, and the heavy defeats of SDA ministers in the face of the migrant crisis turned into a non-existent victory.
It no longer matters whether Bakir Izetbegović is really ignorant or a self-confident insolent manipulator, but a normal man's brain is tied in a knot when he listens to his praises about the great economic results of Novalić's government in the fight against the negative consequences of the pandemic or about the success in the procurement of vaccines and protection of the lives of B&amp;H citizens, only visible to him.

<h2>An ostrich strategy with its head in the sand</h2>

At the same time, economic experts say that the authorities in B&amp;H have set the economy behind at all levels for at least five years, that investors, due to the unbearable business climate, are fleeing B&amp;H like the devil runs away from the cross. Also, we are the third in the world in terms of the number of deaths in relation to the number of infected, Prime Minister Fadil Novalić did not procure a single vaccine on the world market, citizens are vaccinated from donated vaccines or go to Serbia for vaccination.



There is more, and there is too much ... Bakir, however, decided on the strategy of an ostrich with its head in the sand, counting on the short-sightedness of the people, well-established election fraud and theft, and the army of hostile SDA voters in the past thirty years. Given the discord and friction in the opposition ranks, perhaps this tactic will enable both him and the SDA to remain in power even after the 2022 elections.

What is Bakir silent about?

City police officers in Rome fined a priest because children under his watch were too noisy, but then paid the fine in a "private act of charity", a spokesman said Wednesday.

Officers were called to the Santa Maria Immacolata parish in the western Aurelio district on Monday evening, as neighbours complained about shouting and loud music from its playground.
After establishing that music had been played too loud, police had "no choice" but to levy a 300-euro ($360) fine against the parish priest, the local police spokesman told AFP.
However, officers from the Aurelio police station then decided to pass a hat among themselves to cover the cost, out of solidarity with the priest.
-They did it as private citizens, it had nothing to do with them being police officers, they did it because they knew the parish- the spokesman said. 
The priest, Father Carmine Salvatore Cipolla, told the ANSA news agency he thought he was on a candid camera show when he was told about the fine. 
-I could not believe that they were giving us a ticket just for letting children play- he said, declaring himself extremely grateful for the officers' gesture. 
-A lot of good came out of a story that seemed negative. I am touched and speechless- Cipolla said, adding that the children's parents had also offered to chip in for the fine.&nbsp;

Three Serbian journalists faced threats and a smear campaign in pro-government media after they reported on issues related to the Srebrenica massacre, Reporters Without Borders (RSF) said Wednesday.

Belgrade still refuses to acknowledge the 1995 slaughter of 8,000 Bosnian men and boys -- considered Europe's worst act of bloodshed since World War II -- as genocide, even though international courts labelled it so.
Two weeks ago, UN judges upheld the life sentence of former Bosnian Serb military chief Ratko Mladić, who was convicted of orchestrating the massacre, while neighbouring Montenegro adopted a resolution strongly condemning the Srebrenica genocide.
Three journalists who reported on those issues -- Marko Vidojković, Dejan Kožul and Željko Veljković -- were bullied and intimidated on social media, including threats like "I will slaughter you and your family".
Reporters Without Borders urged police protection for the journalists, adding that Serbian officials and pro-government media "played a role in creating a climate for these attacks".
According to RSF, Veljković was discredited on pro-government media, while Kožul was labelled a "provocateur" by Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić.
-We condemn both the online threats and attacks by politicians and the pro-government media- Pavol Szalai, head of the Balkans desk of RSF, told AFP.
-It (Srebrenica) is a sensitive issue for the Serbian society and it is precisely the reason why it's necessary that it can be discussed freely in the media- he added.
Teresa Ribeiro, who works on freedom of the media at the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe, condemned the threats, adding that online violence against journalists should be "immediately investigated and those responsible for it prosecuted".
Serbian police said they have concluded that the threats Vidojković received came from Austria, and asked Interpol to investigate further.
But Dejan Kožul, Belgrade correspondent of the Bosnian Federalna television channel, reported "hundreds of threats" to the police weeks ago, but no perpetrator has been identified.
-That disturbs me more than the threats themselves, because you know that nobody protects you, nor wants to protect you- Kožul told AFP.
-It's a pattern that all those who discuss genocide face. Journalists slightly more than others, because they do it publicly.-

Serbian journalists threatened over reporting of Srebrenica

Eric Nelson, the Ambassador of the United States of America to Bosnia and Herzegovina, reacted after today's stormy speech by the Director of Civil Protection of the Republic of Srpska, Milan Novitović, during the simulation exercise "Coordination 2021". Nelson told Novitović that the exercise is very important and that many things can be learned from it that are applied in crisis situations and natural disasters.

As an example, Ambassador Nelson cited the floods from 2014 or the earthquakes in Croatia in 2020 during which joint action was needed.
- It is important that we continue with the exercise. We do not see members of Parliament in this exercise. We see citizens, police officers, volunteers, members of agencies helping those affected. It is very important that everyone participates in the exercise today, from all entities and the Brčko District and organizations - that is the value of this lesson - Nelson pointed out.

<h2>The interest of my people is at stake</h2>

It should be reminded that during the briefing, Novitović asked about the (non) formation of a coordination body at the state level and pointed out his dissatisfaction because, as he says, he was the only representative of the Serbian people.
- The Coordination Body of B&amp;H exists, it was formed by the decision of the Council of Ministers. In the objectives of the exercise you have defined that it is necessary to check the establishment of the coordinating body. What do you want to say, that at the beginning this exercise failed, because you cannot form a coordinating body. This is a simulation, the RS Emergency Situations Headquarters has been simulated. Višković is not sitting here as the president of the staff and other members of the staff - said Novitović in his presentation.
- The interest of my people is at stake, there are no representatives of my people. I feel like a constructive part of Bosnia and Herzegovina and I think I have to say it publicly every time I feel that my people are threatened. Some call it an incident, I don't see it as an incident but as solving the problem - Novitović pointed out.
