France’s Senate adopted a controversial bill early Wednesday aimed at strengthening anti-terrorism measures and intelligence with provisions to shut down places of worship and blocking access to the state's secret archives to strengthen internal security.

It is interesting that the report comes at a time when the Prosecutor's Office of B&amp;H, headed by Gordana Tadić, has almost completed the investigation in the "Diploma" affair, whose key actor is Mehmedagić. With the arrest of Denis Prcić, the owner of the American University of B&amp;H, who issued a fake diploma to Mehmedagić, the Prosecutor's Office of B&amp;H obtained irrefutable evidence that Osmica was never a student of this higher education institution and that he was at the head of the ISA without the diploma, which was necessary for him to be appointed director at all.
As the investigation comes to an end and leads to a key actor, Osmica is apparently trying to remove Tadić and Čavka from the B&amp;H Prosecutor's Office through private connections, with the help of certain people in the Court of B&amp;H and the HJPC, which he has controlled for months, so that he doesn not go to prison. 
Mehmedagić went to the HJPC a month ago, when he also tried to influence the members of the First Instance Commission in the proceedings against Tadić and demanded for Čavka to be suspended.

By the way, the savagery of bots and the "keyboard warriors" of the SDA on social networks show all the despair of the top of this party due to the successful work of prosecutors Ćazim Hasanspahić and Dubravko Čampara, who are very close to filing the indictment. Prosecutors will not stop there and have already announced that they have new suspects and their accomplices who hid Dženan Memić's killers.

The Disciplinary Prosecutor's Office filed a lawsuit against Debevec for intentionally providing misleading or insufficient information regarding job applications, disciplinary matters, promotion and advancement matters, or any other matters within the Council's jurisdiction, and conduct in and out of court that damages the reputation of the judicial office.
According to the Chief Disciplinary Prosecutor at the preparatory hearing, in December 2020, Debevec met with the director of the Intelligence and Security Agency (ISA), Osman Mehmedagić, against whom criminal proceedings were being conducted at the time, in front of a third party's apartment. He also sent a comment of inappropriate content to the prosecutor Vedrana Mijović, who is acting in the case in which the defendant is a participant in the proceedings.
In both cases, as stated by Kurspahić-Nadarević, there was a violation of the code of judicial ethics in the case of communication with the prosecutor and inappropriate contact with the person against whom the proceedings are being conducted before the court led by Debevec, and whose meeting, according to her, was published by several media.
Debevec is also charged with the lawsuit that since 2004, with the exception of 2009, he deliberately provided insufficient information on property abroad, ie Spain, through personal financial reports submitted to the HJPC.
- He did not submit any information about the apartment - said Kurspahić-Nadarević recently, and stated that she believes that after conducting the evidence, which she proposed at the hearing, she will determine the disciplinary responsibility of the President of the Court of B&amp;H.

The defense of Debevec asked the First Instance Commission to exclude the public from the proceedings against the President of the Court, in order, as they stated, to protect the private life of the defendant.
However, the chairman of the Disciplinary Commission, Avdija Avdić, said on June 25th that the public would be excluded during part of the proceedings when evidence that would reveal details from private life will be presented, having in mind the public interest.
However, the question is whether all the details from the indictment will be revealed in that way and why Debevec is an exception in relation to the other accused.

-The epidemiological situation continues to improve, the number of coronavirus cases has decreased by 18.7 percent compared to last week, as many as 25 percent fewer people are in hospital, and mortality has also decreased by 60 percent compared to last week- stated Čerkez at the press conference in Sarajevo after the session of the FB&amp;H Government.
He added that the F&amp;iH Government decided, on the recommendation of the Crisis Staff, to extend the existing measures for the next period of 15 days. Regardless of such a stable epidemiological situation, according to him, we should be careful that a delta strain of the virus has already appeared in our immediate neighborhood.
Taking into account the shortcomings in the continuous and consistent adherence to the measures, and the low number of immunized persons in B&amp;H, as Čerkez said, they believe that the risk of the new virus is extremely high, which was the reason to extend the measures.
-The process of immunization continues. So far, more than 236 thousand vaccines have been administered, of which more than 148 thousand with one dose, and more than 88 thousand with both doses. In order to accurately inform the public, I am obliged to say that B&amp;H has so far procured 278,970 vaccines through Covax and the European mechanism, as opposed to the donated 210,000 vaccines. Therefore, B&amp;H, i.e. the Federation of B&amp;H, bought more vaccines than was obtained through donations- Čerkez pointed out.

His father was looking for him, and after going to the village of Luka, near Žepa, he received information that Azmir was killed in the village of Poljanci between the villages of Šušnjari and Slatina in the municipality of Srebrenica- remembers Azir Osmanović.
After separating from his father, Azmir joined a group of boys, schoolmates, who tried to reach the free territories.
-We were just trying to go the right way, but unfortunately we did not make it, so we went back to the old path. None of the five of us had any weapons, we were bare-handed. We received information from passers-by that Žepa did not fall, so we headed towards Žepa, although we did not know the way. However, we were not on the right path, we went in the opposite direction- Islam Bektić from Srebrenica, who was part of these events, told FENA.
In an attempt to reach Žepa, three boys from the group were killed, including Azmir Osmanović, who will be buried in Potočari on July 11.
In August 2018, mortal remains were found at the Poljanci site near Srebrenica, which were later, based on the results of DNA analysis, determined to belong to Azmir.
His brother underlines that, unfortunately, that identification process took a very long time.
-My father Aziz did not make it to see the identification of his son because he died three months after the skull was found. After I was informed that it was my brother's skull, I felt as if he had been killed that day or that moment- says Azir Osmanović.
Azir Osmanović survived the Srebrenica genocide as a thirteen-year-old boy. He holds an M.A. in History and works as a curator at the Memorial Center in Potočari. Every day he tells visitors about the suffering ​​that the inhabitants of this protected enclave went through.
He says that his obligation is to spread the truth about the genocide against the Bosniaks of Srebrenica so that it would never happen to anyone again.
